Dr. Lily Zhang has done a lot of dental work on my teeth over the past few years! She and her staff have always been pleasant. Dr. Lily Zhang takes pride in making sure her patients are satisfied with the dental procedure she performed!
Three broken teeth, need extractions and implants. I had bad experiences with many dentists before 2022. My teeth were really in terrible shape which was bothering me daily.
Finally, my friend recommended Dr. Lily Zhang to me. It is a long-distance drive for me to visit her office, but it is worthy! I am happy to have functional teeth and enjoy the food!
Dr. Zhang is attentive, skillful, knowledgeable dentist. She listens to me, understands my feelings, check my condition and explains treatments step by step. I know I am in good hands.

Dr Zhang failed to fully "pack" my fillings, leaving pockets for decay to continue. Followed up at another dentist where x-rays showed the obvious gap where she did not pack the composite completely. This is basic restoration and should not have been an issue.
Excellent experience, I am not afraid of dentist anymore. Dr. Zhang is very professional, and caring . I just had dental implants done by her, no pain no discomfort. I am very happy with her work.

Lily Zhang was always very rough with my family and I. Her practice was always geared more towards the money than the patients wellbeing and care. We were told she learned some of the procedures via YouTube. Not a good place to go, especially for someone sensitive- or a human.
My husband, who hated dentists all his life, went to her , had some teethe pulled. After the appointment, he went behind the desk and Hugged her! He couldn't believe a dental appointment could be so pain-free and pleasant.

I experienced repeated instances where my insurance was billed for services that were NOT rendered to my family members, e.g,. fluoride treatment, panoramic imaging, therapeutic injections. There were also over-utilization issues, e.g., bitewing and panoramic imaging on the same visit. The snarky front desk staff experienced while challenging the last overbilling was the last straw. The actual procedures performed were generally good but the business practices led me to drop her as a provider.
