7 weeks still no dentures,refused to look at 2nd opionion.Left parts of broken teeth in gums protruding out sides of mouth,her solutions was cushioned dentures.It will be costly to correct her negligence,otherwise have lifetime problems with fit and pain.Admitted poor service to me and their mistakes! Said she would make it right,just got worse,Act like they care but dont.Please research aspen dental before committing.Their app and adds make it seem like a great EXPIERENCE.It wasn't I'm mentally and physically exhausted .Don't sign anything while sitting in dental chair before they start. They configure your explanation of bill so you will not get hardly anything back.The liability forms you sign relieves them of any mistakes or problems that will occur.Cant claim malpractice unless you show permanent damage after it's all over. NEGLIGENT SERVICE AND WORK DONE IS OBVIOUS. PLEASE THINK TWICE! IF THINGS START GOING SOUTH IT MIGHT BE TOO LATE .ITS LIKE A PUPPY MILL.CALL YOUR B.B.BUREAU.

The office staff is very unprofessional, especially the office manager. They are more interested in making money than caring for their patients. They will try to sell you an Oral B tooth brush for $110, and add it into the quote automatically, so beware. Dr. McMahan is just as rude. She was able to handle my dental issue, with complications. I ended up getting everything fixed elsewhere.
