About
Dr. Lisa Vihnanek completed her undergraduate education at Illinois State University. In 2002, she graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She then completed a one year residency at Illinois Masonic Hospital. Dr. Lisa consistently strives to enhance her skills and knowledge. Recently, she completed almost five times the required hours of continuing education to offer her patients the most up-to-date dental care available. Dr. Vihnanek participated in the Spear Facility Club, Spear Study Club and Seattle Study Club working with other dentists and specialists in bringing the most comprehensive dental treatments to patients in one practice.One of the highlights of her career is volunteering for a mission trip to provide dental care and hygiene education in Panama. Born and raised in Chicagoland area, Dr. Lisa has an affinity for her home town. She enjoys participating in marathons and triathlons having competed in an Ironman competition in 2007. When she is not helping her patients or training, Dr, Lisa Vihnanek enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and newly born baby girl.
