Louis Berges, DMD, joined our team in June of 2018. Dr. Berges graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University with a degree in Cell Biology and Neuroscience. He continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he graduated summa cum laude with Honors in Clinical Dentistry. Dr. Berges was selected to be a member of the national dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Berges was chosen for and trained in the Clinical Honors Program where he provided advanced dental treatment to patients with complex dental needs while learning from both dental specialists and general dentists in the Advanced Dental Care Clinic. Dr. Berges became a member of the Matthew Cryer Honors society for graduating in the top ten of his dental school class, and was awarded the Dr. Leonard Abrams Award. This award is given to the dental student who best exemplifies understanding in Dental Anatomy and Occlusion. In addition, he is a certified Invisalign provider. Dr. Berges is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as the American Dental Association. He and his wife Bethany currently reside in Philadelphia with their dog Rusty.
