Dr. Weatherwax knew that she wanted to be a dentist before graduating from high school. She remembers traveling to Vietnam when she was a child and seeing the poverty and the lack of access to dental care. This experience inspired her to become a dentist. Dr. Weatherwaxs mission is to listen and take care of patient needs. Her number one priority is excellence in patient care. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but finds removable prosthodontics and endodontics the most rewarding. She also has training in cosmetic techniques, orthodontics and implants. Dr. Weatherwax pledges to treat each patient with the highest standard of oral health care and continues to advance in the latest trends of dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Weatherwax is a native of northern Virginia. She went to Hayfield Secondary where she met her husband. She enjoys traveling with her family around the world. Dr. Weatherwax is a self-professed foodie and loves to watch her Korean dramas. She loves learning new languages, and is currently studying Korean (so she doesn't have to read subtitles).
