Not a review for Dr. Sangid. This is a review for his staff. I called as a new patient and was given the runaround by a rude receptionist. She said I would have to wait two months; I called my provider and was told her information was incorrect. When I called back, she came up with another excuse. At this point, I politely ended the call and left this review. There are far too many other businesses. I hope this review inspires management to rethink their company culture.

Dr. Maher Sangid was really good with my invesalign. The front desk people that work there are very disorganized. I have been calling for the past 4 months about picking up my retainers. They would always take my number down to call back and NEVER actually call you back. Today I decided to call again & they say the same thing - give us your number. I came to the office and have been waiting for 2hrs to see the doctor. I don't know why I need to see him to pick up retainers I paid for!
