Very attentive and professional
My daughter is usually very anxious at dental clinic and cries a lot,which usually bothers most of dentists.
Dr.Miami was very patient and waited until she stopped crying and communicated with her well. I didn’t expect she could endure the root canal treatment, but she made it. I’m happy to find the great doctor. Even my daughter approved.
My general dentist referred me to her for root canal.
Initially I was not very happy about waiting time.The clinic staff said there are no openings next 4 weeks. I didn’t want to wait that much. But I eventually waited because her office took my insurance.
She was very gentle,patient and professional. And the procedure took less than 40 min and completed without any pain. That was the best experience I have ever had.
Now it makes sense why there were 4 weeks waiting time,because she is very popular dentist in this area. Absolutely recommended!
I am a dental chicken because I’ve had some extremely painful dental experiences.
I needed a root canal which I was very apprehensive about. I called Chantilly Dental Center because I thought my insurance would cover the treatment at that office and I saw the qualifications of Endodontist, Dr. Miami Yamaguchi. After I met her I knew it was a good fit.
Based on my first experience, I was willing to drive over an hour to her office. It was worth it.
Dr Yamaguchi is very patient focused and a perfectionist. I appreciated that she didn’t rush the injected local anesthetic. She used a topical anesthetic first. Then waited after the first injection to take effect before proceeding with the other injections. It made a huge difference it what is the most painful part of the process.
I have had root canal done by Dr.Yama twice and I have very positive experiences.
She was very gentle and always make sure if I didn’t have any pain or discomfort entire of the procedure. I didn’t experience any post operative symptoms.
Both infections completely got healed.

Dr. Y did root canal surgery on my upper tooth, which was reinfected.
The surgery was very quick and painless. The symptoms after the surgery was exactly what she explained to me and didn’t have so much downtime.

Very gentle hands. I haven't had any pain from the beginning to the end. The chair time was less than one hour. The most pleasant root canal experience ever!
I was nervous for my root canal, but she explained the process very well and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Got lots of local anesthesia. Done in about an hour, NO PAIN! Everything went very well. Staff was very friendly and funny. Dr. Yamaguchi is the best!
