Dr. Casella is a nice provider. However, his front office receptionist is biased against people of color. I had my husband schedule both appointments. I arrive with my husband early . I figured I’ll confirm my appointment for the next day she tells me I’m not scheduled. I explain my husband scheduled both appointments . She told me no . I agree to be rescheduled. I told her I’ll ask my husband about it when he comes out . He calmly and politely tells her that he did schedule me and pulls out his notes in his phone of the agreed dates and times she gave him . She starts yelling, in front ofpatients onlookers.I ask her calmly why was she yelling she accuses us of harassing her . My whole family likes and goes to Dr. Casella office we will not be returning. Instead of apologizing for the miscommunication to my husband she sends a letter canceling my appointment again , and telling me we are not welcomed back. I don’t think Dr. Casella is aware she sent me a offensive unjustified letter.

I went for new dentures & was greeted by receptionist Debbie VERY nice!! Then Dr. Cassella explained the process & how many visits before I'd actually take them home, he is EXTREMELY caring,compassionate & detailed. His assistant did my impression molds, did xrays for insurance & she was VERY friendly and we made each other laugh with our conversations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Cassella!!!

You will not find a more compassionate and ethical dentist anywhere! He is a conservative dentist and does only the procedures that are necessary. Highly recommended.

In terms of dental treatment, I was VERY pleased with Dr. Cassella. However, his prosthedontics and business practices are terrible. He bilked my insurance for a HARD reline, when he only did a soft one. Then the denture was so ill fitting that it broke! Because he had lied to the insurance regarding the reline, I had to pay out of pocket to have the denture fixed....to the tune of over $400.
