Subsequently, Dr. Dyer graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. After dental school, Dr. Dyer completed a two-year post-graduate residency program at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Dr. Dyer is one of the few dentists in the Elizabethtown area to have active staff privileges at Hardin Memorial Hospital. Dr. Dyer routinely treats patients in the hospital setting. Dr. Dyer earned his prestigious Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. Very few dentists reach this certification level. Also, Dr. Dyer is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Dyer has presented numerous continuing education courses including courses devoted to local anesthesia.
