Marc Etienne , is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was scheduled an emergency new patient appointment for a wisdom tooth. Upon being seen by the assistant I waited patiently in the exam room. Marc came in and immediately started speaking and saying I would need a referral to see the oral surgeon. Upon me advising I was having discomfort on the other side as well. He proceeded to unclip the dental bib and usher me to front to check out. I asked the receptionist if he was going to at least check my mouth, give me antibiotics, anything. She was just as confused as me and asked if he at least got the name of my pharmacy. HE DID NOT. She went to go ask him if that would be all. This guy said loudly in the hallway direct towards me, THANK YOU GOOD BYE THATS IT. Then expected me to pay a fee. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Marc Etienne works in healthcare but this is just a job for him. He shows no compassion or devotion to his job.

I have never liked a dentist! Dr E is amazing. He reviewed the situation and gave me routes to take. He is tender and kind. 10 out of 10!

Today I saw the Hygienist Carrie.. She is amazing.. Takes her time cleaning my teeth. I being seeing her for more than 4 yrs now. I will recommend her, as well as Dr Etienne.. He explains every procedure carefully. Easy to get appointments, I wait no more than 15 min to see them once I’m in the office. They are worth the wait anyway. Thanks!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Dr. Etienne recommended I get 3 unnecessary crowns on my teeth. My teeth have no need for crowns that are well over $1100! Everytime I go to Great Expressions they're trying to extort money from me! My hygienist that I've been going to for years was over an hour late, she gave no apology or updates! I'm done with Great Expressions!
