Dr Gilbert is absolutely wonderful at explaining and taking the time to make sure I am comfortable while she does her professional work. I have been a longtime patient and highly recommend Dr Gilbert to family and friends. The staff are kind, pleasant and quickly schedule appointments and also take the time to make sure I am always comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Gilbert & her staff is the best. They are very professional & always greet you with a smile. Cecelia is great. What I like about Dr Gilbert is that she listens to her patients. Horrible dentist. I had pain for weeks after my procedure. She didn't care to treat me. I went to another dentist who told me her work was done improperly and fixed what she did. I hope no one else has to endure this.
Rude customer service and poor cleaning by some of the hygienists. Dr. Gilbert is great but since most of the dental care is often spent with the hygienists, it's important that hygienists do their jobs well and act professionally and respectfully towards their patients, which is the least I can say for some of the hygienists here. So, think twice before having your teeth cleaned here, it will feel uncomfortable and inadequate if you get the hygienists that my family and I had.
