I had braces with Dr. O'Reilly almost 15 years ago at a different office. She was so impatient, rude, and unprofessional. She never explained what she was doing with my braces, and seemed like she couldn't be bothered talking to you. Avoid her at all costs.

When I was a teenager i had what everybody said were good teeth (and thus, no braces needed.), but a small gap near the incisor which was visible when i talked and smiled, plus my slight overbite, led me to seek out orthodontics at 24. My local dentist was affiliated with an orthodontist who flew in monthly from Philadelphia, so I signed up. My experience with Dr. O’reilly was great! During our first appointment i mentioned my concerns; she affirmed that the gap could be closed, but the overbite could not. She explained to me in detail why — i had no actual overbite, instead, it was a jet bite, caused my lower jaw being slightly shorter in length vs. my upper jaw., luckily fascia in my chin made everything appear symmetrical. She said the biggest difference would come from opening up my bite—and after 18 months, the results were beyond outstanding! . I googled her now because i wanted to go back —my pup chewed up my retainer 4 yrs ago so i definitely need to re-open my bite! A+

According to her, she isn't wrong, her patient is.my brackets fell off 3 days after the first visit and she was sure that I must have bite on something hard. People with braces will understand the pain of not being able to bite for the first 2 days. She only put on braces on top and made me wait for another 7 months for my bottom one. She did not explain the process until I tried to file a transfer. I came back for bottom braces and 2 of the brackets fell detached from my teeth 2 days later.
