I came in this morning for a free consultation regarding correcting my teeth that have been shifting for a few years. I was taken back by how welcoming everybody at the office was. Jill greeted me at the door and took me right back to give an overview of how the process is going to work. She then sent me to Taylor to have some X-rays and photos taken. Both Jill and Taylor were extremely friendly and outgoing and made me feel right at home. Then Dr. Dicerbo came in and examined my mouth to go over the best course of treatment and she was wonderful as well. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am looking forward to going through my treatment with this team! --Ryan McDermott

My 7 y/o, who suffers from dental anxiety and an under-bite, loves Dr. DiCerbo and the entire East Greenbush team! I cannot express the professionalism, caring and attention she shows. I’m in awe every time we go and watch how they interact with the children/teens making them feel safe and comfortable. I’ve never left feeling like I don’t know what the plan/next steps are and they’ve always been more then accommodating to our needs.

She is so smart, attentive, professional, and warm. Other doctors may just look at the Invisalign scans and say “you’re fine!” — she looks at the actual teeth and makes adjustments accordingly. I don’t know whether to call her an artist or a Tetris champion of teeth ... maybe both! But she is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Dr. Dicerbo was amazing with my daughter. My daughter has anxiety about going to the doctor and she is never upset when we go to the orthodontist. She loves all of the staff and Dr.Dicerbo. They are all friendly and understanding of my daughter's anxiety. We love it here!
