Told upon arrival there was a bill from 2 years prior and the girl said statements had not been mailed to me. Another woman came from behind and said they had speaking to my insurance company for the last 2 years. I was never notified or told this and had been in the office 2 times before today. This was told to me in front of other patients. I was in a for a tooth extraction so already nervous. I was put in the chair and the woman who had told me in front of everyone in the front office started humming as she knew I was nervous and upset. The doctor came in and started yelling and forcefully ripped off the bib and put his hands on me and told me to leave. He then yelled to his staff to turn me over to collections in front of other people as if to shame me.
