If I could give zero I would. He refused to talk to me about the procedure. Said I needed it done and that was it. He told me we could do it or he could go home. So I told him to go home and walked out.

The worst dental experience of my life. Dr. Berg works on 5-10 patients at a time like on a conveyor belt. As a result of Dr. Berg's slip up during his "drill hammer" super quick epicoectomy procedure - my root canal was punctured a year ago and now I have CHRONIC inflammation that will never go away. It's not just me, I know a number of people who share my sentiments. Please avoid this office like the plague.

Fast, efficient and made sure I felt no pain other than the initial numbing shot. He was able to perform my root canal the same day as my evaluation,so I wouldn't have to come back. Will recommend him in the future.

We went here for my husband to get a root canal because my dentist refered us to him. I didnt read any reviews and I should have. The front staff was nice. The doc was horrible! He has terrible bedside manners. Every bad review is sooo right! He came in and mumbled his name and said my husband needed a root canal. Then he proceeded to numb my husbands mouth twice without showing any care at all. He hurt my husbands lower lip while injecting. He kept scribbling stuff on a clipboard without changi

I found dr. Berg intellegent, caring and very pleasant! I left with no pain and with scripts for meds. What more can you ask of a Doc? My name is Gary Murray, I live in st. Louis.

I like him. He will answer any questions and explains the process well without being condescending. Having root canal work done is expensive, so it's hard to be happy about it, but I have had him to my work twice.

I had a root canal done October 2017, Dr. Berg did fine by me. I did not feel any pain, and he was quick about it. Had to do two trips because of an infection that needed treated before he could finish. I felt he was informative and pleasant to talk to. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

1st root canal, saw poor reviews but he was recommended by my Dentist,so I took the chance even though I knew he didn't offer NO2/gas for pain or anxiety. His chairside manner is terrible&doesn't use Novocaine prior to shots.I started to cry out during the most painful shot&he told me not to scream as I cried.I told him I couldn't help it&he left.1 of his kind Assistants brought me tissues.I felt the drill&pain after more shots&told me to "just" get through it as he continued anyway.Stay AWAY!!!!!

Still experienced pain after Dr Berg's root canal. Called the office for a follow up appointment, and was refused because "nothing is wrong with your tooth". Had another, successful root canal with different endodontist. The second root canal was much more expensive, because all Dr Berg's poor work had to be removed before it could be done properly. Dr Berg is rude, arrogant, and worse of all, incompetent. You are playing Russian Roulette if you go to him.
