About
Upon completion of dental school, Dr. DeMaria accepted an internship at Seton Hill Center of Orthodontics, which he immediately followed with a two and a half year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. While in residency, Dr. DeMaria continued to practice general dentistry in Mt. Pleasant and Greensburg PA. In addition to his work in private practice; he also provided affordable dental services to the underserved at a clinic located in Pittsburgh's North Side. Dr. DeMaria is trained in both traditional comprehensive orthodontic treatment as well as Invisalign. His experience of practicing general dentistry while completing his Orthodontic training gives him a working perspective of his craft. Dr. DeMaria understands that a "perfect" smile is often the main goal of orthodontic treatment, but he also believes that the treatment experience needs to be as comfortable and convenient as possible for the patient. Toward that end, he stays current with the newest techniques and technologies through diligence in pursuing continuing education courses. Dr. DeMaria is pleased to be continuing his career at King Orthodontics. He has strong roots in Western Pennsylvania and is excited to be practicing in the area. In his spare time, Dr. DeMaria enjoys the outdoors as well as playing soccer and golf, both of which he played in college.
