Dr. Houska is a member of the esteemed American Academy of Sleep Medicine, having pursued postdoctoral studies in the field of dental sleep medicine. One of the few dental practitioners in Illinois trained in the treatment of snoring via oral appliance therapy. Dr. Houska provides effective relief for patients to improve their quality of life. For over twenty years, Dr. Houska has continued his postdoctoral education as a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is the founding President of the Psi Omega professional fraternity at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
