I visited my dentist, Dr. Jefferies, yesterday for a crown placement following my implant. I've been seeing Dr. Jefferies for over 15 years, and he has always been extremely professional and kind. He is highly skilled, precise, and undoubtedly the best family dentist I've ever had. I consider myself very fortunate to have found and chosen Dr. Jefferies as my family dentist for all these years, and I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking a family dentist.
Dr. Jefferies used scans to provide a temporary partial bridge which was to be installed after teeth were extracted. It took 2 months longer than I was told it would take requiring me to postpone the surgery and only after 4 front teeth were extracted did I learn that the partial did not fit at all. The wires broke a tooth and caused more damage that required a crown. On top of all of this the cost of the useless partial bridge went up twice by the time the payment was processed. I cannot recommend this dentist.
Dr. Jefferies and his staff have done a great job helping me to keep my teeth healthy. I highly recommend Dr. Jefferies. Dr. Jefferies and his staff are skilled experts, scheduling is convenient, equipment is modern, and service is exceptional across the board. Thank you Dr. Jefferies.
I've been going to Dr. Jeffries for nearly 8 years, and his team does an excellent job. I originally found myself in his chair as an emergency when my puppy chipped three of my bottom teeth, and his team's service has been fantastic since. He has replaced a crown, performed several fillings, managed clinical-grade bleaching of my teeth, and provided my semi-annual cleanings. All services received have come with the care and compassion of a pro.
As usual, I always have a great dental appointment session with Dr. Mark Jefferies and his Team, Adrianna, Anna, et el. Kudos to him for his professionalism, expertness, knowledge, transparency and cordiality whilst attending to my dental woes.
I have been attended by him for more than 15 years and definitely not go to any other; he has become my friend by going out of his way to remedy my dental needs.
His injections were barely noticeable and the treatment of my dental repair/ailment is phenomenal. he is also very friendly and courteous during his operations and that is crucial to put my anxieties to rest, and thus become comfortable that I am in the right hands. Dr. Jefferies and his Team did a great job of following up with my dental repair/ailment recovery to ensure my safety.
I look forward to returning to his care in accordance with the great dental treatment plan that he has put together into place.

I am not happy with their service, over priced, cheaper materials they used. Cheating with payment. Front desk the worst. Have been with them 4 years , lost my trust. I lost my tooth, because Doctor Jefferies did bad job.
