I had prior visits with another dentist and was put on 2 weeks of antibiotics for infection. He refused to prescribe the antibiotics needed. I explained my face does not look symmetrical at all normally as he claimed numerous times because of a prior car accident and facial deformities. He was claiming it looked symmetrical at this time and that was clearly because of swelling.. He refused to realize the extent of the swelling as he’s never seen me before.. I also told him I was ambulanced up to United hospital from prior tooth infections and put on IV antibiotics, he still refused to hear anything I said. He left the room, I stated “well that’s real professional“ and asked to see the office manager to hopefully get some resolution..I get that everyone has a bad day, this was totally uncalled for, given my prior office visits, my past hospital visits, etc that I explained to him numerous times. I saw him for an emergency appointment. I wouldn’t recommend him, lack of empathy
