Dr. H recommended a filling of a minor cavity, to prevent further growth. At my 6 mo follow up, it had to be drilled and refilled. I was billed for both fillings despite questioning the first filling‘s efficacy. Dr. H and Dr. L insisted I have my erupted and un-erupted wisdom teeth removed, despite my orthodontist asserting removal was unnecessary. Pain meds with codeine make me sick. When asked about alternatives, Dr. insisted I would need them through recovery of WT removal, despite that I’ve used only ibuprofen to recover from surgeries/childbirth. Not satisfied with the quality of service, or physician transparency, and felt like my concerns were dismissed. Annoyed to get “Vote Best in Lawrence” invites from Dr. annually. 2 stars because the hygienist staff and Drs. we’re friendly and able to but my daughter at easy when they did her teeth cleanings and baby teeth extractions. Also for clean, comfortable environment.

Dr. Heinbach did a great job of taking care of our daughter. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. He is a kind man and his staff is great.
