Dr. Berk has a clean, professional staff in a comfortable office. Patient comfort is job #1! Located in a quiet office in downtown Troy. Accounts and insurance are handled by the front office staff.

Dr. Berk and Jill have bad tempers. I have gone their for about 3 years. The work isn’t the best either.

Terrible patient service. Cancelled multiple appointments on us even though we explained we only have limited time off work. Felt like we were the office joke and it was funny to see how many hopes Dr. Berk and her blonde receptionist can make us jump through. It's wrong to treat working class people that way. Receptionist is awful. I will never go here or recommend this place ever to anyone. Bad business practice travels so good luck staying open in the long term.
