She and her staff refused to submit a simple form asking for a benefit limit exception for a crown. There was a change in benefit coverage, however, the insurance company said it would cost $0.00 for her staff to mail in a one page request for authorization. I filed a complaint with UPMC insurance. She responded by avoiding facts and substance and only focused on my alleged '5 minute voice mail'. She told me to get better insurance TRANSLATION: Sink deeper into the clutches of finance capital

I've trusted my dental care to Dr. Chiani for over fifteen years and I am very pleased with the results. I have complete faith in her care. So much so, I've fallen asleep in the chair several times. Plus, she has small hands. A big plus for my small mouth. I happily recommend her to dentistry to anyone that asks.

I just had two teeth extracted here and I was amazed by how fast and easy it went. I have dental anxiety and was very fearful of going through with this but the oral surgeon at the office, Dr.Manolo was patient, kind and made sure the extractions were pain free. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Chiani, the care here is top quality!
