On a scale of 1-5, Dr Udy is a 10. Simply off the chart. Professionalism, knowledge, communication, friendliness, service and tremendous staff as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I nervously came in the office with pain from infected tooth. They were running about 30 min late but apologized. Once back, Jamie calmed me by answering all questions and explaining sedation. Dr Udy was very nice and friendly. I was given a follow up call the next day. I would highly recommend them.

Wife had her wisdom tooth pulled out by Dr. Udy and was let go without any cleaning instructions or syringe to clean the extraction site. The following 3 weeks was a nightmare ordeal for myself and kids. After 4 days, the pain kept getting worse and more swelling. We visited Dr. Udy but were told everything is fine just take pain killers because tissue around the extraction site is stressed. After week 2, my wife was in excruciating pain everytime pain killer wore off, more swelling around the extraction site and she started missing work. We visited Dr. Udy again (second time) and were told there is nothing she can do and we should go and see an endodontist because this is possibly a nerve issue. At this point her jaw was locked and she had trouble eating any solids. I won't go into details of the troubles, calls and referrals we had to go through to get into the endodontist office ASAP. Endodontist was very thorough and concluded this was not a nerve issue but rather severe infection
