Dr. Dhima has a very kind personality but my experience was terrible. I was told my out of pocket cost would be a certain amount but when I showed up for the procedure, I was told a coding mistake was made on their part & I owed almost $800 more. The new bridge they did for me was put ontop of a tooth that was hurting (the Dr. knew it was hurting prior to putting the bridge on with permanent cement) & even though I voiced my concern about the pain in the tooth & asked to have her use temp cement instead in case the tooth needed a root canal (like she told me might be needed), she assured me that it's ok to go ahead with the permanent cement bec and Endo can just "drill thru the new bridge" . Trusting her expertise & not having a choice we went ahead only to find out that the pain in my tooth (under the bridge) is so painful that I need a root canal but Endos tell me that it's not advisable to drill thru a bridge because it compromises the bridge. I would be very cautious when having work done here. The staff is incompetent with insurance filing. I was given 3 different amounts to pay and then told I was in collections, and they tried to charge me an extra 25.00. When I called collections, they had no record of me. Another Lie I guess. Just be cautious!!
