Dr. Kolarik was born and raised in Hutchinson, KS, and attended the University of Kansas where he received his B.S. in Biology. After KU, he received his D.D.S. degree from UMKC School of Dentistry. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Michaela, for five years and they are excited to welcome their first child later this year. They live in the Waldo area of Kansas City where they love spending time with family and friends and are leaders at the Cause Church on the Plaza.
