I had an emergency (cap fell off). He stayed over to help me and was (as he always is) very understanding and gentle.

Horrible. Felt like drive-thru dentistry. Had a filling done and it kept causing problems, but when I asked Ramsay about it, he shaved off more tooth and offered no other explanations (about potential causes or solutions). Went to another dentist who replaced the filling, and there was still decay left in the tooth. Unbelievable.

My husband needed an emergency extraction. We needed a new dentist as our previous one was billing us improperly. We called Dr Ramsay based on insurance and proximity to our home. He saw my husband right away and noticed another issue, which he took care of on the spot. He was friendly and explained everything. He even called personally to check up on my husband. The reception staff were very polite and billing was simple. I recommended him to my parents and my father also had a great visit.

I approached this dentist sight unseen and without a referral as they are listed in my insurance plan. Getting an appointment was relatively easy. Hygienist was extremely thorough with x-rays and cleaning. Devised a treatment plan and explained everything so I could understand. They filed my insurance without any issues. I am following through with treatment based upon my initial experience. Doctor even shook my hand.
