I met with Dr. Maz immediately after a contentious and impromptu meeting in which I complained about an orthodontist doctor’s use of a polishing tool, as I almost had a serious eye injury as the upper part of the polishing tool ejected onto my protective eyewear goggle. Immediately following the meeting with the other two doctors in the office to discuss the safety concerns regarding the polishing tool, Dr. Maz Moshiri decided to performed an impromptu dental procedure without any discussion prior to, nor at the beginning of the appointment. More importantly, at the next and final appointment to receive the first and only set of Vivera Retainers, Dr. Maz Moshiri was less than accurate when he provided verbal instructions for the care of the retainers, as his verbal instructions completely contradicted the written instructions in the retainer care and maintenance instruction booklet. Ultimately, I made the decision to not return to the office after I received my retainers for cost$700

Doctor Moshiri has earned our trust as time has proven great results in the first stage of orthodontic treatment for 3 of our children.
