Dr. Mathison successfully completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education of General Dentistry at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She is Invisalign Certified and an active member of the American Dental Association. Life & Hobbies Dr. Mathison was born and raised in a small town near Indianapolis, Indiana. While attending dental school in Chicago, Dr. Mathison met and married her husband, who is also a dentist. Together, they've adopted two fur babies: Romeo and Marshall, who are both rescue shelter dogs. In her spare time, Dr. Mathison loves spending quality time with her family, acrylic painting, making pottery on a pottery wheel, and running. In 2016, she ran the Chicago Marathon, and she's hoping to run more marathons in the future.
