My experience with this dental practice was not good. The dentist lacks patient/personal empathy. He is not thorough. He relies too much on X-ray images, rather than actually examining teeth and gums. This can lead to problems and issues. It certainly did in my case. His clinical approach is rough and I found it too aggressive. Regarding administrative issues, the office is not well organized and the staff is overextended.

As a person who has dental related anxiety I specifically sought out this practice after their advertisement on their website of sedation dentistry. To my surprise after my teeth cleaning the dentist informed me that they DO NOT have nitrous oxide (which they say they do on the website) and that people who want it are "seeking to get high". After being persuaded by the dentist to let him at least try to fill one cavity without it and see how it went I made an appointment. The day before my appointment my anxiety already kicked it so I decided to cancel. After talking myself up for a couple weeks I called to reschedule. When I called to reschedule I asked if the dentist could write me a prescription for something to help with my anxiety before I had any dental work done. The receptionist told me that she would have to speak with the dentist and give me a call back. When she called back she explained that the dentist would not give me anything to in her own words "take the edge off" and
