My insurance no longer covers flouride treatment for boys because they have turned 14. Would have been nice if this had been brought to my attention so that I could choose to have this done or not.

I've been going to Fusion for years and I like it. My only complaint is that at various times I feel like I'm being sold things that I don't need, and the line is blurred between getting proper advice, and getting a sales pitch. It used to be special fluoride treatment. Maybe once it was teeth whitening. This time is was braces. I've never been told to get braces in my life, and now all of a sudden that was suggested. The Dr did not check I was thoroughly numb before beginning to work on a filling. Also, he did not make sure my cheek was not in the way when I checked my bite, causing me to have a nasty bite on the inside of my cheek. In the previous appointment he let me leave with an open filling causing much discomfort, not informing me of over the counter temporary fillings were available to me,
