I came to Dr corsello with a very depressing situation. Poor care from a young age left me with a horrible defects especially in the upper teeth and jaw bones. Dr corsello from start was intent on my understanding my condition. He spent the time to answer all of my concerns. Multiple surgeries later he was able to reconstruct the sinuses and front upper jaw so that implants could be placed to provide the support for my new smile. I was never in pain even following 2 extraction and reconstructive surgeries. His whole staff made me feel excited and welcome at every visit. After all was completed (6 months) I couldn’t believe it was really my smile in that mirror.

I have to start by saying I know my teeth by their numbers. It's as easy as ABC. Dr. Corsello hates the fact that I know this and some names of some dental situations. Drives him crazy!! Jan. 2019 I'm there for two extractions. Paula who was behind the desk at the time tells me the wrong teeth that are to be removed. I told her: Wrong teeth Paula it's 24-25. She said she'll have to talk to the Dr. about it. ? When he enters the room he apologizes for the mistake then asks if I'd wanted to have #5 pulled while I was here. I said #5!?! Yes, he says, #5 is in total resorption, it's basically empty. #5??? I say. Yes, #5, we talked about this. Then I realized what he was talking about. Your talking about #27 Dr. Corcello. He crosses his arms takes a step back and says, OK show me. So I show him where #27 USED to be. Ohhh, he says: I didn't do my home work, when did you have that pulled? I told about 6 months ago. Who pulled it? YOU DID Dr. CORCELLO!!! He says: Ohhh I really didn't do my hom

After spending a great deal of money for cleanings and implant (self paid; insurance wouldn't cover it) I couldn't get follow up appointment! Even after 3 tries! Dr Corsello also though it 'appropriate' to send a package with 2 steaks in it(!!!!) after my implant procedure. I don't eat steak. Would have preferred to have that amount taken off of my charges. Really not happy with this office.
