I have NEVER been to this dentist EVER and I scheduled an appointment ONE time and I called to reschedule ONE time because my child was sick. The women who answered the phone went on a tirade abt “you have canceled and rescheduled abt 3 times before do you have a problem getting here or somethin “ her exact classy words. I informed her we had never been there and we have NEVER canceled before. She says “Oh well maybe it’s someone else, when would you like to come in?” Is she crazy after that remark (I assume that’s how she treats current patients) NO WAY am I making another appt!!! I informed her my family (of 5) would be going somewhere else after that treatment she said “ok” and hung up on me. Hope this dentist is aware of the disgusting manner of his receptionist he just lost 5 clients before we were even able to get to him. Good luck!! I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere!!
