Dr. Garvey took x-rays for our 13-year old's braces. He said she needed 4 teeth pulled by an orthosurgeon. We scheduled the appointment with an orthosurgeon and on surgery day, Dr. Garvey said he wouldn't send a referral for the surgery until we made $150 down payment for for him to put in her braces....We had to reschedule with another orthodontist who cares more about the welfare of a child than about lining his pockets. He then told us that he never even took x-rays of her teeth.
