Dr Herock and assistant Gayle are kind, compassionate, professional, considerate and calm. I just had a Marilyn bridge removed and crowns put in to place. Perfection. I am so pleased with the results.

Requested a service referral for our daughter, which I completely understood if Dr. Herock determined he could do it due to the specific circumstances; however, he stated to my wife during her visit that he would write the referral letter. After much back and forth between his office staff, we were finally told that he "did not recall that conversation", which was only 4 days prior and could not do so. There was no misunderstanding on my wife's part. Again, I do not have issue with the decision - it is understandable. But the dishonesty is disheartening.
