About

Michael B. Loftis, DDS graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2003. After practicing rural general dentistry in Southern Ohio for three years, he completed a two-year residency at Stony Brook University's Advanced Education in Endodontics in Long Island, New York. Since 2008 he has maintained a private practice limited to Endodontics with offices currently located in Parkersburg, and Charleston, WV. Michael has special interests in utilizing 3D cone beam imaging and microsurgical techniques in Endodontics.

We at Loftis Endodontics understand that historically the root canal experience has a poor reputation. We have made it our goal to improve this reputation with every procedure we perform. With time we hope that patients will finally become confident with the procedure. We intend to accomplish this enormous goal by making each patient's root canal experience the best it can possibly be with profound anesthesia and comfortable efficient care.
