About
Dr. Mike Milligan is a native of Bloomington-Normal. After graduating 3rd in his class at University High School, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston. Then he went on to graduate 1st in his class at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1978. He came home to open his first practice that very same year and has been enjoying his patients ever since. Staying on the leading edge of dental technology has always been Dr. Milligan's goal. That's why he has compiled over 1700 hours of post-doctorate continuing education to stay current and even ahead of the game in all aspects of dentistry. You will find that Dr. Milligan's helpful and experienced staff members are also highly trained and up-to-date in all areas. Dr. Mike has completed advanced training in non-surgical gum treatment and the latest in patient protection procedures. He has also studied with the leading cosmetic and implant dentists in the country. Dr. Milligan is a member and past president of the McLean County Dental Society, a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and has been active in several civic and community endeavors. He was nominated and inducted as a board member for the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH) in 2012.
