Dr. Pollack is excellent, the best I've found in my many decades of living in the D.C. area. He is a problem solver, taking time to assess and figure out how to address various dental issues. His office staff is welcoming and accommodating. They always find time to fit me in whenever a problem arises. Dr. Pollack is friendly, caring, and consumately thorough. He found some significant errors made by my husband's previous dentist which could have had disastrous results in time, things that should not have been overlooked. He's top-notch!
Finally found a dentist I love! Dr. Pollack is knowledgeable and skilled. He is also a good listener. I had 3 crowns and some fillings done over the past 6 months and I have nothing but the highest regard for this doctor and his staff. If you are looking for a new dentist that takes his time and listens, does excellent work than look no further. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Initially went for a cleaning and checkup. Everyone in the office was pleasant and the dentist seemed thorough. However, then I went back to have two crowns done. After they were finished, both teeth were very temperature sensitive. They said it should go away shortly, but I had problems with both for about 6 months. Note- I have had several crowns before from a different dentist (now retired) and never had this problem. I can only assume that Dr Pollack's work was not well done. Do not recommend.

Been a patient for 10 years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Pollack and his staff. I never had a dentist call me after a procedure like Dr. Pollack did! Claire and Claudia at the front desk bend over backwards to make filing insurance a breeze. I can't give a bigger thumbs up for Dr.Pollack!!!
Caring, gentle and excellent dentist. Highly recommend. Staff is warm and caring as well. When the dental assistant hugs you hello because she knows you are a little anxious about dental treatment....you know you are in the right place!

Wonderful office- LOVE Dr. Pollack-- he is very skilled and takes his work seriously but has a great time doing it. You can tell he loves what he does. Staff is great and so welcoming. I would recommend this office to anyone.
LOVE MY DENTIST! Dr Pollack is wonderful. I highly encourage you to see him if you are looking a new dentist. He is very thorough and answers questions without making you feel like you are wasting his time --something i have experienced in other dental offices. Dr. Pollack is very good at giving novocaine--painless I would say and his veneers are beautiful.
I love his staff too -- Cheryl, Claire and Claudia!! His hygienists are top notch and gentle.
Our family LOVES Dr Pollack and his wonderful. We have been patients for over 15 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Most of his staff has been with him since we started and that tells you something about Dr. Pollack as a boss and person.
Dr. Pollack is a warm, caring dentist with great chairside manners and he LISTENS-- which is rare to find. He never rushes and his work is perfection! Recommend him highly!!! I love the cosmetic work he has done my teeth look perfect!!!
