This is intended to be the BEST review in the HISTORY of reviews! Dr. Michael Rosenthal, and his incredible team are, without a doubt, THE BEST! And if you need oral surgery that you’ve been dreading and putting off for a while, they will become one of the BEST surprises of your entire life! I had 17 extractions and 2 implants removed, multiple bone grafts and four new implants placed. I needed MAYBE 2 OTC pain relievers. PERIOD! Get in there and get it done! You’ll be THRILLED that you did! And Dr. Rosenthal, again…to you and your wonderful team…Thanks sooooo much!!! You REALLY HAVE changed my life! Diana Isaacs

This office billling is deplorable. They did a 3 way call to verify elective procedure for my son was covered 100%. Day of surgery they again verified that surgery was 100% covered. After surgery get a bill that ins. didn’t pay so they billed dental. Health ins. eventually paid but now they were double paid. I call and tell them in Dec. and unbelievably now THREE months later after no contact I get a bill still asking for money and charging a late fee! Unbelievable. Be warned, don’t trust a word

Dr. Rosenthal is awesome! I was so nervous to get my tooth pulled but he explained every step to me. He is so patient and understanding. His staff is super sweet too!

I had my wisdom teeth removed and didn’t need any pain medication. He is a competent, caring knowledgeable physician.

Failed to send in prior authorization for my daughter's severely impacted wisdom teeth removal. I made repeated calls every week for three months to find out what the delay was. I informed them my daughter's insurance was terminating on September, and pleaded to please find out why insurance was taking so long to approve. The day before her insurance terminated, they told me they never submitted the P.A. Daughter in pain, now, with no insurance (See Google for rest of review)
