About
Dr Michael Tumbarello graduated in 1997 from the University of Connecticut Dental School. He moved to North Carolina and immediately began a GPR Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem, NC to further his medical and dental education. In August 1998, he began his private practice in Dobson, NC where he practiced for 20 years. He enjoys the small town practice and getting to know his patients on a personal level. He left private practice to further his experiences and became the Associate Director of Clinical Services at the East Carolina University Dental Clinics. After relocating to the Lexington, NC area. Dr Tumbarello is now excited about this new opportunity at Welcome Family Dentistry. When now working he enjoys running, fishing on High Rock Lake and just relaxing with his wife and three children.
