Dr. Potvin is awesome. He explains what he is going to do to fix your dental issues. I am scared to death of needles...this Dr. was able to numb me up with out the pain I had experience with other Dentist. I was very impressed with his staff. They were professional and helpful when getting me in to a convenient time slot. When having a situation arise that needs immediate attention, I was able to get in the same day. Now understand this may not be possible all the time. Any business where customers pre-book appointments in advance, limits the Drs. appointments. However, take your medical in your own hands, call to see about cancellations. The office is very busy and the staff is not a babysitter. So call every day to check on cancellations if you need to get in quickly. I love the office and their staff. Never had any issues. Dr. Mitch is worth the wait!

Heard great recommendations on this dentistry, yet when I called in November of 2015, the next available appointment wasn't until March of 2016. So I was placed on a if a patient cancels list. It's now mid April and I haven't heard a thing. This place appears to have high recommendations, however, maybe customer service should be worked on. If I scheduled the next March appointment, I'd already have had an appointment; yet here I am looking for other dentists being that this one seems to not
