Mohammed Alrubaie is a great man. HIS STAFF IS NOT. Before they began, they tell me the x-rays will be $5. I kindly state, "okay, but my insurance card literally says, office visit: $0. They do the x-rays. Painfully might I add. We are about to do the cleaning. The girl comes back over with another paper, this time stating it will be $204.99. I called Guardian. I put them on speaker phone. Guardian explains to them my plan. Guardian assures everyone they cover it. Guardian faxes. It's covered!
