Pediatric dentist, Dr. Monica Sharma, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, attended The University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree and then obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Her love for children led her to further pursue specialty residency training in Pediatric Dentistry from The University of Texas, Health & Science Center in Houston in 2006. She moved back home to Georgia and practiced pediatric dentistry with a larger practice for 14 years before opening her own office- Tiny Tooth Pediatric Dentistry She now provides care at Tiny Tooth Pediatric Dentistry in Milton and Cumming where she assures you will always be seeing her for each visit as continuity of care is very important to her. She also offers teledentistry if you are needing to consult with her regarding any concerns you may have about your child's teeth. To further ensure the safety of her patients, their families and staff, she currently reserves the office for treatment of one patient family at a time allowing her to focus on your child. She has HEPA air filters in each treatment area and employs all CDC and ADA safety reccomendations including a Covid safety screening and protocol for each patient family and staff member daily. She welcomes parents to accompany their children back during treatment and uses state of the art digital technology. She believes in treating the child first and their teeth second. Her goal for each visit is to create a positive dental experience so your child looks forward to coming back again and again. Dr. Monica and her family reside in Milton, Georgia. Her husband is a family physician and also practices in Milton. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking, art, and spending time with their two precious children. It's clear, her passion for pediatric dentistry lies in creating a positive dental experience for each child. She strives to build a nurturing and trusting relationship with every child, while providing them the best dental care possible.
