Dr. Neil Hagen is, no doubt, one of the most skilled, knowledgeable, empathic and professional oral surgeons in dentistry today. Each time that I have had oral surgery with him. His was a very calming presence, explaining every procedure before proceeding. My oral surgery/extraction with Dr. Hagen went exceedingly well, without pain, and was finished very quickly. Thank you Dr. Hagen for the wonderful experience, thank you Veronica (front desk assistant) for telephoning me with the great news that I could come in for an earlier appointment than the one for which I was originally scheduled, and thank you Vanessa (dental assistant) for telephoning a few hours after my extraction just to check on how my post-extraction phase was progressing. Dr. Hagen and his staff are absolutely 5 stars and I would give them even more stars if that were possible.

Being in the position of needing my first tooth implant, I had some reservations/concerns. My Chicago-based dentist referred me to Dr. Hagen. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he has a great bed-side manner and was very concerned about addressing my concerns. The procedure (although I was nervous throughout) was much less difficult than I anticipated. Dr. Hagen and his team were extremely thoughtful and professional throughout the procedure. I'd highly recommend Dr. Hagen & crew!
