Dr. Bestandji earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with high honors from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). She received numerous awards; including a certificate of academic excellence from Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, and an induction to the prosthodontics honor society. Also, she completed her general practice dental residency program at JFK Medical Center and earned the position of Attending Dentist on the hospital faculty supervising and teaching dental residents.
