I had to find a new dentist when the last one stopped taking my insurance. I researched several dentists and decided on Dr. Ives. I have been very happy with my dental care and if I have a problem with my teeth, they are able to fit me in right away. I would recommend Dr. Ives to others. His office staff are very friendly and the location is convenient for me.

Everyone in the office has been very friendly. They have introduced themselves and explained procedures and financial payments. I had fillings and a crown appointment. Dr. Ives and his assistant tried to make the procedures as comfortable as possible. I did not have any pain during the drilling process and I was happy about that! The office is clean and they even have a TV in the exam room to watch while waiting for numbing to take place.

I am always quite apprehensive about an extraction. I try to be calm but it rarely works. Dr. Ives and the Dental Assistant both were reassuring and low-key and that helped me to be calmer. From past experiences I remembered that a front tooth would be numbed by a shot with the needle in the roof of the mouth. I was glad that that is no longer the case. They just applied the numbing agent to the gum area and it became numb. I would recommend Dr. Ives for you if you are apprehensive too.

From the first visit to the most recent I felt comfortable and truly appreciated. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor was friendly and went out of their way to insure I was satisfied. The dental procedures were always on time and I never felt that I couldn't take a few extra minutes to discuss my treatment. They set a very high bar for customer service and went way over the top. Second to none. I actually look forward to visiting the Dentist!
