I was in need of appointment for tooth that fell out, the staff insisted on a cleaning before that could happen. I was leaving for vacation the next week but they refused to address my problemse without cleaning. Also just had crowned tooth that had root canal completely fall out, my husband also had this happen. They had been done not even a year. I will not be returning to Dr. Nick
