I started a long process two years ago with Dr. Sapra.Health conditions had destroyed my mouth and previous dental visits full of judgment left anxious and fearful Dr. Sapra and his staff helped me more than they know.Even when outlining the extensive and devastating work I needed done, it was delivered with understanding and assurances that I wouldn’t have to do this alone.I went from needing medication to step through the door to regular visits with zero anxiety or fear.It’s not cheap but I’ve never felt like I was “upsold” for things I didn’t need.I have been met with understanding, kindness, and flexibility every step of the way. Yeah, sometimes I have to wait but they always squeeze me in even if it means they stay late. It’s not cheap, but they have helped as much as possible. He has referred me to the BEST oral surgeon and they have worked hand in hand to get me where I need to be. I’m grateful to Dr. Sapra and his team and will be a patient for life.
