About
Dr. Barden's own educational background is impressive. He initially earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Denver, and then continued his studies at the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. Following that, Dr. Barden served honorably in the U.S. Air Force, before heading back to the classroom at Indiana University, where he earned an additional degree in Periodontics from the School of Dentistry. As a long-time member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, and the Georgia Dental Association, Dr. Barden grasps the importance of staying on top of all the emerging trends in his field so that he can help our patients benefit from the latest technologies and methodologies while they are here. Perhaps the best news about Dr. Barden is that he is trained and certified in all aspects of sedation dentistry. Accordingly, he can provide dental care to even the most fearful of patients. He is certified in patient management with oral, intravenous (IV), and nitrous oxide sedation techniques. When he's not providing the best possible care to the good people of Georgia, Dr. Barden enjoys taking an active part in our wider community through his involvement in various charitable organizations and professional clubs.
