I have been calling the office and never received any reply. I prepaid for my dental implants but still have not received my final implants still using my temporary ones. It’s been since the 2022. Never got proper temporary fittings . But now I can’t reach Dr Paul for my finals. Where is he? If anyone knows please contact me. Or post on this site, He has my money but I don’t have my teeth.
Dr Petrungaro felt that his greed for money was more important than my wife’s life. He was negligent when he decided to go through with her dental procedure under anesthesia, even though she was in poor health, and he knew she could have problems especially since she had surgery just a month prior.
His greed makes him a poor choice if you’re looking for a trustworthy doctor.
Dr. Petrungaro did a tooth scaling for me. Very professional. I hope he has a better billing and office staff than he used to. His sister in law was doing the books and stealing the insurance money. Cost me $3,000.00. He's a great dentist. Watch your monies.
Worst. Experience. EVER! Anytime, anywhere, any doctor. Ever ask a professional in any arena if they guarantee their work and get yelled at? I have, thanks to Dr. Paul Petrungano. And, did he guarantee his work? NO! When the implant failed, he did not finish the work (remove it from my gums). I then had to go to another dentist and pay more money out of pocket (after the cool $17,500.00) I paid this "specialist." Are you a fan of communication? You won't get it here. Never, in 4 years, did I get an email, text, or call to remind me of an appointment (even when made months in advance). But cancellations? They're good at that. To avoid finishing the failed work, my appointment was canceled at least 4 times, for weeks at a stretch. Around the 3rd appointment I got a call at 4:30 the day before (after taking the prescribed antibiotic) thank you very little. The last time was at 6:30 in the morning, day of appointment, by email no less. At that point, I got the message and gave up on him
I am a prosthodontist and I referred two patients to Dr. Petrungano to have zygomatic implants, put in an expected him to refer the patient back to me for restoration .. and he did not refer them back to me and gave them some song and dance about giving them a discount if he could do it there..
No communications with me Period !!
Needless to say, I will never refer anyone else to him again !!
I came to Dr. Petrungaro in 2018. He performed zygoma implants surgery. I was very impressed with his amazing skills, knowledge, compassion, and professionalism.
All the dentists I went to before Dr. Petrungaro could not help me. They totally destroyed my bones and teeth, but Dr Petrungaro fixed it. In one month I will have my bottom teeth fixed by him, and I am excited. Dr.Petrungaro is the best, and the only one I trust to perform the surgery.
Disregard prior review...there was a lot of miscommunication and the issue is to be remedied by Dr Petrungaro this monday. We are satisfied with him and service. thank you
Horrible. My husband has been walking around with temps for over a year. Of course they took their full payment two months prior to his first appointment in March 2020. Once excuse after another. Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible
In short, If I could I wouldn’t leave no stars. Three years walking with temporaries, falling off on the weekly basis and him being outside the country and not available. I spend more than $ 34.000.00 and crowns are coming off breaking my teeth. He has not even permanently cemented my front bridges. I have gained 60 pounds because i couldn’t chew and was on soft diet. He comes today and after evaluation, gives me a plan and sends his secretary to give me cost. She is asking another $14.000.00 and her plan was completely different of what he was talking, few minutes back. He planed to do all the work in one setting, that afternoon. When I objected on the plan and asked him to glue my frontal bridge, he all of sudden doesn’t have time. Ever since than my front teeth broke and front bridge fall of. He was informed when I asked to return my credit money that was taken on top off the work he did. I’m physician and I have never seen anything like this. Money centered and despicable treatme
Originally I got my surgery done at Dr. James Dalise who now is in prison unfortunately. I didn’t get any of my files from him, nor did his office ever return my calls and I was a patient of his since 06 and I was so worried in who I can go too and I thank god that I found Dr. Paul. I spent a lot of money for work with Dr. James Dalise and a promised “10 year warranty” that is now gone and was scared with what else can go bad but I did a lot of research and I’m glad I found Dr. Paul. First off I want to say is that he’s an incredible man and surgeon. When I met Dr. Paul he was super honest and very fair from the beginning. I did a couple of implants with Dr. Paul and I’m still in my temporaries but I’m very satisfied and will be getting my finals within the next 2 months. My temporaries look like real teeth! He did a phenomenal job and he’s a genuine artist when it comes to this. I know that there will be many patients who Dr. James Dalise treated who will seek for help due to wrong
