I've been trying to fix a claim for months now. The error is with their address and insurance wont pay until they clear this up, and they refuse to do so. Now they arent returning my messages. They refuse to take responsibility for this. The woman who answers the phone there told me to blame the city for changing their address. How is this helpful?? I will never use this office again!!
